The hours we logged in our childhood desks, the times behind the wheel, in front of the screen...Well, this lesson can help to make that sitting easier, less shlumpy- remember there is a frame that you can rest on, its called a skeleton.

For many of us, we don't even know where they are, let alone if they are free of tension. This lesson helps you to clarify your experience of the hip joint, and free up the movement potential that is available.

Like all Feldenkrais lessons, it will stretch the brain more than the muscles.
